Joe Pelleriti, PHR ACC
Based in the Bay Area, Joe is experienced in management, sales, and business ownership. He believes that happiness is personal, subjective, and self-originating. Throughout his 20+ year career, Joe has seen first-hand that the best leaders create work environments that encourage innovation, cultivate creativity, and transform their employees. In his career that spanned multiple industries, Joe has seen countless examples of management, both good and bad. He has noticed one thing that is consistent regardless of industry: that effective leadership requires effective communication. Joe's breadth in experience allows him to coach managers with diverse styles and personalities, and he is easy-going, friendly, and direct with his communication. He cares about each and every client, and measures his success only by the success of those clients and businesses.
Joe has spent his career in various sales and management roles in the agriculture, manufacturing, grocery, wine and beverage, and restaurant industries. Immediately before transitioning to coaching Joe spent 9 years owning and running a popular Irish Pub in Petaluma, CA. Unfortunately, the Coronavirus pandemic forced him to close the successful institution. Seeing new opportunities and growth in the field of professional coaching, Joe went back to school to complete a coach training program at UC Davis and received his Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation. He then became HR Manager for 4 grocery stores with over 200 employees in 4 counties. He is happily married, and his two children are the light of his life. When he's not coaching leaders and HR Professionals, he enjoys cooking, walking his Boston Terrier (Bruno), and spending time with his family.
